Niles West won a home quad on Saturday.
GIRLS GOLF
Vernon Hills’ Anna Lee carded a 69 to lead the Cougars to 4th place out of 12 at the Hersey Invite at Arlington Lakes. She also took 2nd with a 73 at the LHS Invite.
Glenbrook North’s Alexis Myers was the medalist of the Libertyville Invite at Pine Meadow when she carded a 71.
BOYS GOLF
GBS won its SSR Invite with a team score of 305, narrowly clipping New Trier (307).
Niles West’s Cam Baduan grabbed medalist honors with a 76 to take the top spot in one of three CSL Showcase events, with the Wolves facing off against Maine West, Maine East and Niles North. Baduan also shared the medalist spot with teammate Jiro Yamat, as both had dealing 35s in a dual win over Maine East.
Maine East’s Andrew Greene led the way with 3 birdies over 9 holes in a 169-184 victory over OPRF.
Vernon Hills claimed the Panther Invite at Glendale Lakes Golf Course Brendan (3rd) and Jake Lavitan (2nd)

Evanston’s Henry Rouch (2024) committed to Lafayette College for baseball.
New Trier alum Cam Redding, a former Saint Louis University player and most recently a Milwaukee Milkmen player in the independent American Association of Professional Baseball, announced his intention on Twitter to step away from playing.
Evanston’s Rey Catuy (2023) is set to play men’s basketball at Wilbur Wright College.
