Coaching News, Demon Squad excellence and personal reflections.
OF NOTE
In the thick of the summer, we’re really not that far from fall athletics. We’re all excited about that right? We can separate that from *sigh* going back to school.
After a spring of coaching track and field and wrapping up the chool year,it was nice to have the short break before diving head first into summer stuff.
Highlights of the summer
Becoming an uncle for the first time (a niece named Rowan on June 23).
Concerts headlined by John Dwyer, Less Than Jake, The Dead South and more to come.
Lots of time with my cat, surprise to no one who follows my social media.
Hanging with friends more and checking out more bars/restaurants, etc.
Becoming addicted to Immaculate Grid, (IT’S EDWIN JACKSON, JUST PUT IT DOWN)
Finshing two books thus far (got to get on this!)
Entering a 4th week of summer football camp with Highland Park football.
Getting a better jump on my annual lists of my 100 favorite songs and 40 fav albums of the calndar year *here’s 2022 albums and songs list thus far).
